• Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• Hygiene Notice: For safety, we can’t accept opened or worn ear correctors unless they arrived defective.

• Refunds: Processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.

• Exchanges: Reach out to us if you’d prefer a replacement instead of a refund.
